To make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible, we’ve put together a few important guidelines below.
 
      DEPOSIT POLICY
  • To secure your appointment, a deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The appointment is only confirmed after the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total amount of your service.
 
          HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • We expect you to arrive at your appointment with your bundels washed and dried.  
  • We expect you to arrive at your appointment with your hair washed, detangled and blow-dried. Please make sure that you hair is product free.
  • You may bring your own bundles or purchase them directly from us. If you are unsure which bundles are needed, we will be happy to assist you.
  • We do not work with bundles that are cut into very small pieces.
  • We do not work with synthetic hair.

    DECEMBER BOOKINGS EXTRA RULES (DEC 15 – DEC 31)
  •  Additional Charges
    Appointments starting before 10:00 AM or starting or ending after 6:00 PM are subject to an additional €20 charge.
     
  • Late Arrivals
    Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited.
     
  • Add-ons
    All add-ons must be booked in advance. Additional services cannot be added during your appointment if no extra time has been reserved.
     
  • Extra Long and/or Thick Hair
    If you have extra long and/or thick natural hair, please select the appropriate option when booking to ensure sufficient time is reserved.

  • Hair-included services can be booked directly through our booking system and will be available for appointments from November 16th.

  • Important: Please mention your preferred curl pattern in the booking notes when scheduling your appointment
  • All bundles come in Natural Color by default. Hair coloring is available at €50 per bundle. Please contact us in advance if you would like your bundles colored.

REFUND POLICY
  • If you have any relevant allergies, you must report this in advance. If this is not done, we are not liable for any consequences.
  • Any complaints about the service must be reported in writing within 24 hours. If the complaint is justified, it will be handled. However, we do not refund any amounts paid.
